Apple’s smallest iPod gets three new colors plus a special stainless steel edition. The third-generation iPod shuffle now comes in green, pink and blue, adding a bit of color to the original black and silver lineup when the shuffle was first released back in March. The 2GB iPod shuffle costs ₱3,290 and the 4GB version costs ₱4,390.
Apple also released is a special stainless steel edition of the 4GB iPod shuffle which retails for ₱5,490; ₱1,100 more than the ‘regular’ 4GB iPod shuffle. It is listed as an “Apple Store Exclusive”.
The new iPod shuffles are now available at the Philippine Apple Store with an estimated shipping time of 1 to 2 weeks for the black or silver 4GB version and 2 to 4 business days for the rest of the lineup. Apple offers free shipping to both 2GB and 4GB iPod shuffle models since they meet the ₱3,000 minimum requirement. Also, all new iPod models bought from the online Apple Store are eligible for free laser engraving. The previous generation 2G iPod shuffle is no longer listed in the Apple Store.
